Terms of Use

1. Definitions

«Site» means all pages on the fotehjon.tj domain and its subdomains. «Content» means the games, texts, images, program code, sounds and other materials published on the Site. «User» means any person who opens the Site.

2. Using the Site

All games and materials on the Site are available free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. No registration is required.

When using the Site, the following is prohibited:

• disrupting the operation of the Site, including automated attacks and artificial server load;
• attempting to gain unauthorised access to service areas of the Site;
• using scripts, bots or add-ons to alter game results;
• copying and republishing the Content on other resources without written permission;
• embedding the Site or its games in an iframe on third-party websites without our consent.

3. Copyright

All games, images, texts and program code on the Site are protected by copyright and belong to the authors of the project.

You are free to share a link to the Site or to an individual game on social networks, in chats and on websites — we are glad when you do. However, copying the game files themselves and hosting them on another server without our permission is not allowed.

If you believe your material has been used on the Site without permission, write to info@fotehjon.tj. We review such reports promptly and remove the material if the claim is confirmed.

4. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove games, alter the design of the Site, or suspend it temporarily — for example for maintenance — without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times and without interruption.

5. Saved game progress

Your progress is stored in your device's browser storage, not on our server. This means progress may be lost if you:

• clear your browsing history and site data;
• play in private or incognito mode;
• switch browser or device.

We are not responsible for lost game progress and cannot restore it.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided «as is». We do our best to keep the games free of defects, but we do not guarantee flawless operation on every device and in every browser.

We are not liable for any damage that may arise from using the Site.

7. Links and advertising

The Site may contain links to external resources and advertising blocks served by ad networks. The content of adverts is determined by those networks, not by us. We are not responsible for goods and services promoted in adverts.

If you see an inappropriate advert, tell us — we can restrict it in the ad network settings.

8. Children and parents

The Site is intended for children among others and contains no age-inappropriate material. We encourage parents to keep an eye on their children's screen time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Tajikistan. We aim to resolve any dispute through discussion first.
