Privacy Policy — FOTEHJON

1. Who processes the data

The website fotehjon.tj (the «Site») is an independent project. For any question about personal data, write to info@fotehjon.tj.

2. What we do not collect

There is no registration on the Site. We do not ask for or store your name, address, phone number, date of birth or payment details. There is no sign-up or login form.

The only way your personal data reaches us is if you write to us yourself. In that case we see only your email address and the text of your message, and we use them solely to reply.

3. Technical data

As on any website, the following technical data is processed automatically when a page is opened:

IP address (truncated by the analytics services);
browser type and version, operating system, screen size;
pages viewed, time spent on the site and referral source;
the language configured in your browser.

This data does not identify you personally and is used only in aggregate statistical form — to understand which games people enjoy and on which devices problems occur.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The Site uses cookies and local browser storage (localStorage):

To run the games. Some games save progress, unlocked levels and sound settings directly in your browser. This data is never sent to our server and stays on your device.
For statistics. The analytics service sets a cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one.
For advertising. Ad networks set their own cookies (see section 6).

You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, but game progress will not be saved.

5. Yandex.Metrica

We use Yandex.Metrica for visit statistics. It collects the technical data listed in section 3, as well as a click map and link-click tracking.

The data is stored on Yandex servers and processed under their rules: Yandex Privacy Policy. To stop the collection you can install the Metrica opt-out add-on.

6. Advertising

To cover the cost of the domain and hosting, we plan to place advertising blocks on the Site in the future — including through Google AdSense and the Yandex advertising network.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising:

on the Google Ads Settings page;
on the aboutads.info/choices page;
in your browser's cookie settings.

We have no access to advertising network cookies and cannot control them.

7. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children and do not ask them for any personal information — there is no registration, no chat and no file upload on the Site.

If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us personal data, write to info@fotehjon.tj and we will delete it.

8. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties. The only exceptions are the services listed above (Yandex.Metrica, advertising networks) and cases where the law requires it.

9. External links

The Site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We recommend reading their documents separately.

10. Your rights

You have the right to ask what data about you exists, to request its correction or deletion, and to opt out of statistical collection. To do so, write to info@fotehjon.tj.

11. Changes to this document

We may update this policy — for example when a new service is added. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. We recommend re-reading it from time to time.
